How is a neurofeedback session conducted?

NeurOptimal® sessions are always held by appointment, in a calm and carefully prepared environment.

Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, offering a moment of rest and well-being.

You sit comfortably in a recliner, and you can watch a movie, listen to relaxing music, or simply enjoy some time for yourself. You even have the option to read or work if you wish!

During a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback session, several processes occur continuously:

  1. Brain activity measurement: Small sensors placed on the scalp record the electrical activity of the brain, which the system then analyzes.
  2. Feedback: When the system detects specific variations in brain activity, it produces micro-pauses in the music or sound you are listening to. These pauses act as a mirror, showing the brain its own activity.
  3. Central nervous system adjustment: The brain, which innately tends toward balance and seeks efficiency, perceives these signals and adapts automatically, without conscious effort, taking advantage of its capacity to reorganize and adapt naturally.

The brain can self-regulate and optimize itself; you just need to give it the opportunity to do so!
