  2. During the appointment<\/strong>: We take the time to explore your answers in order to identify the causes of your imbalances and how they are interconnected. The consultation can take place in person in Mallorca or via video call, according to your preference.<\/li>
  3. After the appointment<\/strong>: With all the information gathered, I prepare and explain your personalized plan with guidelines adapted to your needs, lifestyle, and goals.<\/li><\/ol>

    Follow-up and continuous support:<\/strong> Ideally, a follow-up consultation is scheduled after 4 to 6 weeks to assess progress, address questions, and adjust the plan if necessary.
